Psychological rehabilitation is a system of measures aimed at restoring and correcting psychological functions, processes, qualities, and properties of a personality, creating favorable conditions for its development and affirmation.

Psychological technologies of personality rehabilitation are complex influences aimed at the appropriate targets, which ensure the preservation and restoration of personal integrity, balance, ability to self-regulation, self-efficacy, communicative competence, and activation of sense-making.

  Technologies include a set of interventions used to maintain and restore a person's ability to create life.

Throughout the entire process of psychological rehabilitation, a psychologist and a practical psychologist of the Center for Psychological Assistance and Professional Psychophysiological Selection conduct psychodiagnostic examinations, psychocorrectional work, and psychoeducational classes.

  The process of psychological recovery consists of three stages: preparatory, basic, and supportive.

  At the preparatory stage, the technology of increasing motivation for self-change, the technology of designing effective motivators, and the technology of activating blind spots are used.

  At the basic stage, the technology of designing the future through life choices, the technology of testing updated projects by setting life goals, and

the technology of realizing the set tasks through increasingly successful practice.

  At the supportive stage, which also acts as a preventive one, technologies are used to reinterpret and integrate traumatic memories into the person's general experience, technologies for

development of a new attitude towards trauma as a resource and personal growth.
