From now on, a convenient online service for making an appointment has become available at the "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine for the Chernivtsi region", which will help patients save time.

"Patient's office" provides many opportunities to independently monitor the state of health and check all information from the electronic outpatient card.

A significant advantage of the "Patient Cabinet" is secure authorization using ID.GOV.UA, the service allows you to choose the most practical method of login: using an electronic signature, file carrier, token, cloud storage, ID card, Action.Signature, bank ID NBU (PrivatBank , Oschadbank, Universal Bank, Raiffeisen Bank, Ukrsibbank, etc.).

After successful authorization, the patient can view personal information of interactions with doctors:
- an appointment with the selected doctor;
- repeated appointment with a doctor;
-postponement and cancellation of an appointment with a doctor.

The patient can also view his own medical history:
- medical history;
- vaccination details;
- details of medical reports;
- the results and conclusion of each of the doctor's appointments;
- directions and appointments that were issued during one of the receptions.

In order to start using all the advantages of the "Patient's Office", you need to go to the polyclinic of the "TMO of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Chernivtsi Region" to the registry office with a certificate of an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (if available), a passport of a citizen of Ukraine (or an ID card, including with a certificate of residence registration), registration number of the taxpayer's registration card. The registrar will check your personal data together with your phone number and e-mail, after which he will register the electronic card.

Immediately after registering at a medical facility, you can enter the "Patient's Office" and make an appointment with a doctor.
